Book a Meeting/Demo
If you choose to book a meeting or demo with Contextal, the information you provide - such as your email address, job title, organization, and message - will be collected through Calendly, the third-party service we use for calendar scheduling. This information will be stored on Calendly’s systems and automatically forwarded to us via email.
We will use this data to coordinate the meeting or demo and to follow up with you as necessary. For more details on how your information is handled, please refer to Calendly’s Privacy Policy (see below) and the E-mail Contact section of this document.
Contact Forms (Company Website)
If you choose to contact us or provide your contact information through one of the forms available on our website, the information you provide will be submitted to Tally and then automatically forwarded to us via e-mail. E-mail Contact
Should you choose to contact us at any of the e-mails provided on our website or in other materials, the data that you supply will be stored by the third-party data processor FastMail, detailed below. We will access and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with your request, fulfill our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
Additionally, we may use the contact details you provide (such as your e-mail address) to send you relevant information about our products, services, updates, promotions, or other marketing communications that may be of interest to you. You will always have the option to opt out of receiving such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us directly. IP Address and Software Version (Contextal Console)
When the option to check for new versions is enabled in Contextal Console software, an IP address of the device and version of the software may be processed and collected. This is used to inform users about new releases and potentially critical updates, and would take place on systems operated by Cloudflare. The functionality can be turned off in Contextal Console's settings.

Contextal uses a number of third parties to process personal data on its behalf. These third parties have been carefully chosen and all of them are GDPR compliant. We are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third parties for more detailed information:

We might once every then change our privacy policy in order to comply with mandatory requirements. In this case we will not directly inform you about the changes, instead we recommend you check out this page every once in a while for any policy changes.
